How to Apply Your Cheer Bow Spangle Transfer:

What you’ll need:

100% polyester grosgrain ribbon (commonly used for cheer bows)

Heat press (recommended over home iron)

Heat-resistant cover sheet (Teflon or parchment paper)

Pressing Instructions:

1. Set your heat press to 325°F with medium to firm pressure.
2. Place your ribbon on the press platen and position the spangle transfer (sticky side down, design facing up).
3. Cover with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper.
4. Press for 15 seconds.
5. Let it cool completely before peeling the transfer tape. (This is a cold peel!)
6. Once cooled, slowly peel the carrier sheet away from the ribbon.
7. Repress for 5–7 seconds with the cover sheet to seal the design (optional but recommended).
